SolaX X1-EPS Box, 1 × 63 A

The EPS Box is a SolaX accessory designed to manage the EPS output of hybrid inverters.

During a utility grid outage, the internal contactors of the EPS Box manage the emergency power supply output of compatible SolaX hybrid inverters. When the utility grid is restored, the contactors safely switch the system back from EPS operation to normal grid operation.

The SolaX X-Hybrid inverter supports both on-grid and off-grid operation. When the utility grid is available, the inverter supplies power through its AC output. When the grid is unavailable, it supplies backup power through the EPS output.

The EPS Box performs this switching automatically through its integrated contactors.
