Warranty policy

Creating and maintaining profitable long-term relationships with our customers also involves our concern for the complete satisfaction of our business partners by granting additional benefits.

In this context, Globiz Group SRL offers its customers credibility on the market of products such as car accessories, electrical and electronic products, by granting warranties for a period of 2–3 years, and for alarm systems, a lifetime warranty*.

If defects occur during the use of the product within the warranty period, the product will be repaired/remedied or replaced with a new product.

The costs related to round-trip transport are covered by the company, but only through the courier service approved by our company.

Procedures and documents required for applying the warranty

Defective products that require installation operations may benefit from warranty only if they are installed in an authorized service center.

When handing over the defective product, please present the work estimate issued by the authorized service unit.

Warranty certificate completed with all required information.

Fiscal receipt or fiscal invoice issued to the end user.

The advantages granted through warranties also implicitly benefit the final customer-users, thus increasing market credibility, attachment to the product and collaborators, and therefore benefits for all parties involved.
