If defects occur during the use of the product within the warranty period, the product will be repaired/remedied or replaced with a new product.
The costs related to round-trip transport are covered by the company, but only through the courier service approved by our company.
Procedures and documents required for applying the warranty
Defective products that require installation operations may benefit from warranty only if they are installed in an authorized service center.
When handing over the defective product, please present the work estimate issued by the authorized service unit.
Warranty certificate completed with all required information.
Fiscal receipt or fiscal invoice issued to the end user.
