Images: Product images are for presentation purposes only. We mention that, in order to ensure clear visibility of technical details, we have removed “star” graphic elements from all newly generated images.

By placing an order on the website, the buyer agrees to the form of communication, whether by phone or e-mail, through which the seller carries out its operations.

Access to the B2B platform is intended especially for legal entities.

The contract is considered concluded when the seller confirms the shipment of the goods.

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in EUR. Prices may be changed without prior notice; however, orders that have already been confirmed will retain the price from the moment they were placed.

Delivery: Products are delivered anywhere in the EU within 5 business days.

Warranty: Products benefit from warranty in accordance with the legislation in force and the manufacturer’s policies, 2–3 years for the automotive, electrical and electronic range. The technical details provided in the description serve as the basis for verifying the conformity of the product upon receipt.

Buyers have the right to return products within the legal period of 14 calendar days, provided that they are in the same condition in which they were received and are accompanied by the original technical documentation.

The entire content of the website, including texts, technical descriptions, logos and images without distracting graphic elements, is the property of CARGUARD and is protected by copyright law.

Any dispute arising between Customers and Globiz Group SRL shall be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, jurisdiction shall belong to the competent courts at the company’s registered office.
